The client agrees to: - Provide accurate and complete information - Respect intellectual property rights - Not use services for illegal purposes - Pay fees within established deadlines
All content, software, documentation and materials developed by PugliAI remain the exclusive property of PugliAI, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client obtains a limited and non-exclusive license for use.
PugliAI shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of services. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the last 12 months.

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration according to Italian law. The competent jurisdiction is Milan.
